Eddy Regnier, M.S.W., Ph.D. was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and is a naturalized United States Citizen. He received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, MA in Clinical Psychology, and MSW in Social Work from Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts. He received his Baccalaureate in Psychology from University of Massachusetts.
Dr. Regnier is the Founder and President of Assessment & Psychotherapy Services, Inc. His areas of expertise include psychological assessment, diagnosis of psychopathology, psychodynamic and behavioral-oriented psychotherapies, and multicultural issues in counseling. He is also an accomplished Forensic Psychologist Specializing in defense strategies. Dr. Regnier was an Associate Professor for Argosy University/Sarasota.
Dr. Regnier has clinical privileges at Sarasota Memorial Hospital and is a frequent lecturer in the community and has frequently been interviewed for TV, Radio, and Print Media in Florida on various issues of public concern. Dr. Regnier has worked in the community on various boards and is a practicing alumni member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. Dr. Regnier is a member of the American Psychology Association, the Florida Psychology Association and is listed in the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology.
Dr. Regnier is married to Angela Kay Regnier and has three children, Chantale Regnier, Joel Regnier and Jean-Marc Regnier.
