FST Responds to COVID-19

Dear Patrons,

The health and safety of our staff, artists, volunteers and audiences remains of utmost importance. As such, we have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 virus.

Although the threat of contracting the virus is low, as a precaution we are increasing the frequency of our cleaning, disinfecting high touch areas, and disinfecting seats in our theaters after every performance. We shall also be temporarily discontinuing the distribution of our Season Playbill shells to eliminate the chance of passing any potentially contaminated items on to others.

Florida Studio Theatre remains committed to providing a comfortable and safe environment where our community can come together to experience live theatre. We are continuing with all scheduled events and performances. We encourage our audience, artists, and employees to follow the widely-reported hygiene practices regarding hand washing, covering sneezes and coughs, and other common sense precautions.

Additionally, if you are not feeling well or experiencing flu-like symptoms, we encourage you to stay home and contact the FST Box Office to reschedule your tickets. Through the run of our current productions, we’re relaxing our exchange procedure by eliminating exchange fees and time requirements for those that are ill and will work with you to find a suitable alternative in available seating.

Sincerely,
